Ort: 51503 Rösrath I Vertragsart: Teilzeit, 21 - 30 Std./Woche, unbefristet I Beginn: ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben: Hier kannst du gestalten

  • Gestaltung eines strukturierten Alltags mit 10- bis 14-jährigen Kindern in einer autismusspezifischen Wohngruppe
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams auf dem naturnahen Campus „Stephansheide“
  • Arbeit mit Kindern im Autismusspektrum, inkl. Anwendung des TEACCH-Ansatzes
  • Nutzung des naturnahen Standorts für pädagogische Freizeitangebote
  • Eigene Ideen sind gefragt
  • Nacht- und Wochenenddienste im Team organisiert

Das bringst du mit: Deine Stärken zählen bei uns

  • Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger:in, Erzieher:in oder Studium in Sozialer Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Psychologie, Sonderpädagogik, Erziehungswissenschaft
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Du bist zuverlässig, lösungsorientiert und ein echter Teamplayer
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist flexibel und hast idealerweise einen Führerschein
