Erzieher / Sozialpädagogen (m/w/d) als päd. FK im pädagogischen Gruppendienst

Stellenumfang: 30-35 Stunden Bereich: Außenwohngruppe Stand up in Kleve

Was erwartet dich

  • Sozialpädagogische Bedarfsklärung im Austausch mit den betreffenden Kindern, Jugendlichen und dem sozialen System
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung des Betreuungskonzeptes für Kinder und Jugendliche zw. 12 und 17 Jahren
  • Aufbau und Entwicklung eines neuen Teamprozesses
  • Arbeiten im Schichtdienst, in Nacht- und Wochenenddiensten
  • Teilnahme am regelmäßigen Besprechungssystem der Einrichtung
  • Pädagogische Dokumentation, Erstellung von Zwischen- und Abschlussberichten
  • Fallbezogene Vernetzung zu Jugendämtern, Schulen und anderen Behörden

Du bringst mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Erzieher\*in/ Sozialpädagog\*in
  • Eine wertschätzende, ressourcenorientierte Grundhaltung Berufserfahrung in der Erziehungshilfe mit Kindern/Jugendlichen
  • Abgeschlossene Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Systemische Beratung, Marte Meo, Traumapädagogik oder die Bereitschaft zum Erwerb einer solchen
  • Empathievermögen, Offenheit und Verständnis für die herausfordernden Lebenssituationen der betreuten Kinder und Jugendlichen und deren Familien
  • Organisationskompetenz und Flexibilität
  • Kompetenzen im Berichtswesen und Gesprächsführung
  • Ressourcen- und lösungsorientierte Einstellung
  • Bereitschaft zur qualifizierten Fortbildung
  • Gewissenhaftes und eigenständiges Arbeiten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
