Erzieher / Sozialpädagogen (m/w/d) als päd. FK im pädagogischen Gruppendienst

Stellenumfang: 30-35 Stunden Bereich: Gruppe 2 in Goch

Was erwartet dich

  • Pädagogische Arbeit mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und deren Familien.
  • Unterstützung und Betreuung der Kinder im Rahmen eines individuellen Hilfe- und Förderplans.
  • Kooperation und Vernetzung mit dem Jugendamt, Schulen und anderen Behörden.
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Dokumentationen pädagogischer Prozesse.
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der stetigen Weiterentwicklung des Betreuungskonzeptes und Prozessen der Teamentwicklung.
  • Arbeiten im Schichtdienst und in Nacht- und Wochenenddienst.
  • Teilnahme am regelmäßigen Besprechungssystem.

Du bringst mit

  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Eine wertschätzende ressourcenorientierte Grundhaltung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Erziehungshilfe und/oder Bereichen der ambulanten Erziehungshilfe, aktivierender Elternarbeit und/oder der Arbeit mit Kindern sind wünschenswert
  • Organisationskompetenz
  • Digitale Kompetenzen
  • Motivationsfähigkeit
  • Kreativität und Flexibilität
  • Marte Meo Kenntnisse bzw. die Bereitschaft diese zu erwerben
