Wir suchen für unsere sozialpädagogische Wohngruppe Phoenix eine\*n Erzieher/Sozialpädagogen/Heilpädagogen (m/w/d).

Als Mitarbeitende\*r in unserer sozialpädagogischen Wohngruppe begleiten und aktivieren Sie Kinder, Jugendliche und deren Familien im Schichtdienst und sind verlässliche Ansprechperson für das gesamte Lebensumfeld. Sie gestalten den pädagogischen Alltag mit Ausrichtung auf Partizipation, Kindesschutz und eine förderliche, positive Entwicklung der jungen Menschen. Sie wirken aktiv in der Planung und Gestaltung der Hilfeprozesse mit.
