*Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n motivierte/n und qualifizierte/n Erzieher (m/w/d) für die ambulante Hilfen im Bereich SPFH 20 Std./Woche *

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung von Familien in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen gemäß §31 SGB VIII.
  • Planung und Durchführung von pädagogischen Angeboten und Projekten
  • Beratung und Begleitung der Familien bei Erziehungsfragen, Alltagsbewältigung und der Verbesserung der Lebenssituation.
  • Förderung der Ressourcen der Familien und Unterstützung bei der Stärkung ihrer Selbsthilfekompetenzen.
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation der Entwicklungsprozesse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Jugendämtern, Schulen und anderen Institutionen
  • Dokumentation , Erstellung von Berichten und Hilfeplanung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern/Sorgeberechtigte und dem Team

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Familien/Kindern und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kreativität und pädagogisches Geschick
