DEIN EINSATZ

  • pädagogische Begleitung in der Einzelfall- und Gruppenarbeit für weibliche Jugendliche
  • Begleitung und Förderung zur eigenständigen Lebensführung gemäß Hilfeplanung
  • Erstellung der individuellen Hilfeplanung und Mitwirkung bei der Förderplanung
  • Krisenintervention
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperationspartnern
  • Tätigkeit im Schichtdienst

DEIN PROFIL

  • einen Abschluss als staatlich anerkannte\*r Erzieher\*in, Heilerziehungspfleger\*in, Kindheitspädagog\*in oder Vergleichbares
  • ressourcenorientierte und systemische Grundhaltung
  • Kommunikations- & Beratungskompetenz sowie Reflektionsfähigkeit
  • Eigenverantwortlichkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • christliche Werte wie Nächstenliebe, Toleranz und Wertschätzung

DEINE VORTEILE

  • Jahressonderzahlung, Leistungsentgelt pro Jahr, betriebliche Altersvorsorge, Sozial- und Erziehungszulage: 130 Euro pro Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis), Schichtzulage bei Schichtdienst, vermögenswirksame Leistungen
  • 30 Tage Erholungsurlaub (bei einer 5-Tage-Woche), zusätzlich 2 Regenerationstage, Je nach Einsatz Ausgleichstage und bis zu 3 Tage Schichturlaub
  • Gesundheitsmanagement, bis zu 3 Tage Exerzitien
