Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort im Raum Bad Kreuznach eine engagierte und kompetente/n Erzieherin/Erzieher. (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

Betreuung, Förderung und Begleitung der Kinder im Kita-Alltag
Planung und Durchführung pädagogischer Angebote und Projekte
Unterstützung der Kinder in ihrer sozialen, motorischen und sprachlichen Entwicklung
Beobachtung und Dokumentation der individuellen Entwicklungsschritte
Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Kolleg:innen und externen Partnern

Das bringst Du mit:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannte/r Erzieherin/Erzieher oder eine vergleichbare pädagogische Qualifikation
Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Begeisterung für deren Entwicklung
Teamfähigkeit, Empathie und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Kreativität und Engagement für eine abwechslungsreiche pädagogische Arbeit
