  • Förderung und Unterstützung der sozialen Kontakte im schulischen, beruflichen und Freizeitbereich
  • Unterstützung der Bewohner bei der Freizeitgestaltung, Organisation und Durchführung von Gruppenfahrten
  • Sicherstellung der Grundbedürfnisse
  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung/ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit staatlicher Anerkennung zum Erzieher (m/w/d)/ Heilpädagoge (m/w/d)/ Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d)/ Sozialarbeiter (m/w/d)/ Diplom oder Master Psychologe (m/w/d)
  • Interesse an Herausforderungen im Arbeitsfeld der stationären Kinder- und Jugendhilfe
  • Ausdauer, Empathie, hohes Engagement und Motivation im Umgang mit Kindern und Jugendlichen in schwierigen Lebenslagen
  • Organisationsgeschick, Selbständigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Kommunikations-, Kooperations- und Konfliktfähigkeit
