Wir suchen für unsere Mutter-Kind-Klinik zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Verstärkung in der Kinderbetreuung in Teilzeit (eine Stelle 50% und eine Stelle 90%).

Ihr Profil:

  • Staatlich anerkannte Erzieher\*in
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern im Alter von 1 – 12 Jahren
  • Kreativität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an neuen Herausforderungen
  • Engagement, Einfühlungsvermögen, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu flexibler Arbeitszeit im Rahmen der Betreuungszeiten
  • Computerkenntnisse

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gruppenarbeit in einer unserer 3 Gruppen
  • Altersentsprechende Begleitung und Förderung der Kinder auf ihren individuellen Entwicklungswegen
  • Unterstützung der Kinder bei schulischen Aufgaben
  • Planung, Durchführung und Reflexion der Gruppenarbeit
  • Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des pädagogischen Konzeptes
