Für den Einsatz im Landkreis Harz wird zum nächst möglichen Termin ein/e Mitarbeiter/in für den Einsatz als Erziehungsbeistand/Familienhelfer/in (w/m/d) für o.g. Arbeitgeber gesucht.

Der Erziehungsbeistand soll das Kind/ den Jugendlichen bei der Bewältigung von Entwicklungsproblemen, möglichst unter Einbeziehung des sozialen Umfeldes, unterstützen und unter Erhaltung des Lebensbezuges zur Familie seine Verselbständigung fördern. Die Sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe soll durch intensive Betreuung und Begleitung der Familien in ihren Erziehungsaufgaben, bei der Bewältigung von Alltagsproblemen, der Lösung von Konflikten und Krisen, sowie die im Kontakt mit den Ämtern und Institutionen unterstützen und Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe geben. Sie ist in der Regel auf Dauer angelegt und erfordert die Mitarbeit der Familie. Der Einsatz erfolgt in Wernigerode und im gesamten Landkreis Harz.

Voraussetzungen:

  • abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung oder ein sozialpädagogisches Studium ist Voraussetzung
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern/Jugendlichen
  • Führerschein (PKW) und Fahrzeug erforderlich
  • gute Kenntnisse im Bereich SGBII, SGBVIII, SGBXII
  • PC Kenntnisse MS Office Word, Excel
  • polizeiliches Führungszeugnis
