# Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des pädagogischen Teams sowie Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der pädagogischen Prozesse
  • Fallsteuerung, Fallberatung und Entwicklung passgenauer Interventionen mit besonderem Fokus auf das Kindeswohl sowie die Eltern-Kind-Beziehung
  • Verantwortung für organisatorische, administrative und wirtschaftliche Erfordernisse der Einrichtung
  • Fachlicher Austausch mit internen und externen Kooperationspartnern
  • Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung und gemeinsame Gestaltung der pädagogischen Prozesse im Leitungsteam der stationären Hilfen zur Erziehung

## Darüber freuen wir uns

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialarbeit / Sozialpädagogik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in den Hilfen zur Erziehung, idealerweise im stationären Kontext
  • Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit Instrumenten zur standardisierten Einschätzung von Kindeswohlgefährdung
  • Freude an der aktiven Gestaltung des Einrichtungsalltags durch gezielte pädagogische Interventionen und professionelles Handeln
  • Demokratischer Führungsstil, eine positive Grundhaltung sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren und zu begeistern
  • Kreativität, systemisches Denken und Handeln sowie eine reflektierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
