Responsabilidades Principales

  • Verificar y mantener las condiciones de seguridad del entorno antes y durante las operaciones de recogida y entrega de valores.
  • Acompañar al Portavalor en los procesos de entrega y recolección de valores.
  • Custodiar los valores, el vehículo blindado ya la tripulación durante toda la ruta, previniendo situaciones que puedan afectar la seguridad de las personas o los bienes.
  • Reportar oportunamente cualquier desviación, irregularidad o situación de riesgo al Departamento de Operaciones.
  • Mantener una comunicación efectiva y un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo dentro del equipo.
  • Apoyar en la gestión de incidentes, accidentes o siniestros que puedan ocurrir durante las operaciones.
  • Velar por la orden y limpieza del vehículo blindado asignado.
  • Mantener absoluta confidencialidad sobre las operaciones, clientes e información de la empresa.
  • Utilizar adecuadamente los equipos y herramientas de seguridad suministrados por la organización.
  • Manipular armas de fuego de forma segura, cumpliendo las normas y procedimientos establecidos.
  • Cumplir con todas las funciones inherentes al cargo asignado por el supervisor o jefe inmediato.

Requisitos

  • Educación secundaria completa.
  • Experiencia en seguridad, vigilancia, escolta o áreas relacionadas (deseables).
  • Permiso para portación de armas vigente (preferible).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en rutas y horarios rotativos.
  • Alto sentido de responsabilidad, disciplina y trabajo en equipo.
  • Capacidad para actuar bajo presión y tomar decisiones oportunas.
