Aqui, seu papel será:
- Atuar no atendimento aos segmentos de Governo, Saúde e Educação, com cobertura de Rondônia e Acre.
- Atuar com Crédito PJ, Produtos PJ, Empresas e Corporate, estruturando operações de crédito e analisando as necessidades financeiras dos clientes.
- Atuar na rotina comercial, comercializando produtos como seguros e demais soluções financeiras.
- Desenvolver mercado em uma região com grande potencial de crescimento, com foco na expansão da carteira e expectativa de dobrar o tamanho da operação/carteira em aproximadamente 1 ano.
- Atuar alocado em uma agência, com carteira entre 50 e 60 grupos/clientes e aproximadamente 20 visitas presenciais por mês.
- Realizar viagens para atendimento da região, com deslocamentos de avião ou carro.
Para esse papel, valorizamos:
- Experiência com PJ é mandatória, incluindo experiência sólida em Crédito PJ, Produtos PJ, Empresas e Corporate.
- Experiência no segmento governamental não é obrigatória, pois esse conhecimento poderá ser desenvolvido posteriormente.
- Forte perfil comercial e Hunter, com capacidade de prospecção, desenvolvimento de mercado e expansão de carteira.
- Autonomia e foco no crescimento da operação.
- Certificação CPA-20 (CPro-R) ou superior.
- Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes.
