Especialista en Analítica de Negocio (Business Analytics)

Propósito

Únete al equipo de Cobre Panamá como Especialista en Analítica de Negocio. En este rol, transformarás datos en información estratégica que impulse la toma de decisiones a través de distintas áreas del negocio. Tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollar soluciones analíticas, dashboards e indicadores clave en Power BI, generando insights que contribuyan a optimizar el desempeño y crear valor para la organización.

Responsabilidades Principales

Desarrollar y optimizar dashboards, reportes y soluciones analíticas utilizando Power BI.
Analizar datos de múltiples fuentes para generar insights y recomendaciones que apoyen la toma de decisiones del negocio.
Colaborar con diferentes áreas para entender necesidades de información y convertirlas en soluciones de reportería y visualización.
Definir y monitorear indicadores clave (KPIs), asegurando la calidad, consistencia y confiabilidad de los datos.
Traducir requerimientos del negocio en modelos analíticos que impulsen la mejora continua y el desempeño organizacional.
Promover buenas prácticas de analítica, documentación y gobernanza de datos.

Calificaciones

Título universitario o técnico en Tecnología, Analítica de Datos, Estadística, Ingeniería o carreras afines.
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Analítica de Datos o roles similares.
Experiencia sólida en Power BI Service y Power BI On-Premise / Report Server.
Experiencia en desarrollo de dashboards, reportes ejecutivos y seguimiento de KPIs.
Capacidad para analizar datos complejos, generar insights y comunicar resultados a diferentes stakeholders.
Experiencia trabajando con distintas áreas del negocio para traducir necesidades en soluciones analíticas.

Deseables

Experiencia con Databricks (preferiblemente 3+ años).
Conocimiento de entornos Big Data y plataformas modernas de datos.
Experiencia en Análisis Exploratorio de Datos (EDA).
Conocimientos en Ciencia de Datos y Machine Learning.
Conocimiento de gobernanza de datos y mejores prácticas de analítica.
