Estate Manager (Home Eligibility Operations)

[What the role is]

The role focuses on administering and improving processes to support operational efficiency and homeownership, including processing applications for HDB flats, CPF housing grants, and loans. You'll also liaise with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance systems for new policies and digital initiatives.

You may also be rotated into a Customer Relations Manager role, where you'll assess eligibility, handle appeals, process transactions, and liaise with applicants, solicitors, and agencies.

[What you will be working on]

Your main duties include administering and reviewing processes to support operational efficiency, drive customer service excellence, as well as facilitate homeownership by processing applications to buy an HDB flat, receive CPF housing grants and take an HDB housing loan, and provide guidance towards informed housing and prudent financing decisions. Your responsibilities also include liaising with internal stakeholders to streamline the work processes and procedures; and to enhance existing systems to support the implementation of new/revised policies and digital initiatives.

During your employment, you may also be rotated to take on the role of a Customer Relations Manager, to deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats and facilitate home ownership. You will be involved in assessing applicants’ eligibility to buy a new/resale HDB flat, receive CPF housing grants and take an HDB housing loan, providing guidance towards informed housing and prudent financing decisions or processing of the sale or resale transactions of HDB flats. You will assess and respond to appeals from customers who deviate from the eligibility conditions to buy an HDB flat, prepare case reports and draft submissions for management’s consideration for deserving cases. Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
