Job Overview:

The Only Facial in Estero, Florida is seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our team for the winter season! This is a great opportunity for estheticians looking for seasonal employment , winter work, or a temporary full-time position in sunny Southwest Florida.

Our seasonal schedule runs October through May, with opportunities to work 25+ hours per week during our busy season. Summer hours are limited or optional, making this an ideal position for someone looking for a seasonal work arrangement.

• •October – May (25+ Hours per Week)
• •June – September (Summer Off or Limited Hours)

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• •Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
• •Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• •Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
• •Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere

Who We’re Looking For:

• •Licensed Esthetician (required)

• •Experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply - training provided!

Physical Requirements

• •Ability to stand for extended periods
• •Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• •Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed
