Job Description & Summary

The Product Designer - Manager will be a key contributor to our design team, responsible for leading the design of major features and products. This role requires a highly skilled designer with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, and the ability to mentor other designers.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design of complex and strategic projects from concept to launch.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create innovative and user-friendly designs.

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Create high-fidelity mockups , prototypes, and design specifications.

Mentor and provide guidance to other designers on the team.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design , Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

8 + years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Hands ‑ on experience applying AI to enhance UX research, run automated usability testing, analyze user behavior , and improve design workflow efficiency.

A track record of building and maintaining component libraries, design tokens, and documentation across teams.

Deep understanding of user- centered design principles and methodologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading design projects and mentoring other designers.

Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Experience with motion design and animation.
