Job Description & Summary

  • The Graduate Program is a one-year structured development program designed for high-potential fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in enterprise technology consulting. Participants will receive comprehensive training and hands-on exposure to leading digital platforms including Ivalua gaining practical experience in procurement procedures.
  • Throughout the program, participants will work closely with experienced consultants, shadowing on real project activities, and develop both technical and business consulting skills. The program aims to build a strong foundation in enterprise systems, business processes, and implementation methodologies.
  • At the end of the program, high-performing participants who demonstrate strong capabilities, commitment, and potential will be considered for full-time employment opportunities within the team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured training programs covering SAP TM.
  • Support project teams in system implementation, configuration, testing, and documentation activities
  • Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into system solutions
  • Participate in workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Graduate from a reputable university (e.g., AUC, GUC, or equivalent)
  • Intermediate German language proficiency (B1–B2 level or equivalent) is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong motivation to learn enterprise technologies and consulting practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems or supply chain concepts is considered a plus
