- Lead the regional operating rhythm by planning the week and monitoring the day to deliver CTL and CTB weekly objectives , using daily visibility and exception management to identify gaps early and drive countermeasures.
- Monitor performance across transit time, routing compliance, carrier performance, lane reliability, premium freight, shipment exceptions, lead-time performance, supplier execution, data quality, capacity constraints, and recurring failure modes.
- Use AI, analytics, digital tools, and automation to improve decision making, transportation visibility, process discipline, data quality, continuous improvement, and cost performance.
- Identify and scale technology-enabled opportunities to reduce waste, improve quality, lower premium freight, and deliver measurable cost and productivity benefits.
