Highland proudly serves as the Official Electric School Bus Provider of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games and Team USA. From pioneering vehicle-to-grid technology to managing some of the nation’s largest electric school bus fleets, Highland delivers reliable, cost-effective solutions that support local communities and drive the future of transportation.

What You Can Expect from Highland:

· Competitive base salary and 10% performance-based bonus program

· Mobile work vehicle provided OR work vehicle stipend

· Monthly cell phone and internet reimbursement of $130

The Field Service Technician is enthusiastic about EVs and a self-starter who will work closely with customers to ensure that Highland’s electric vehicles and charging stations are working properly and that buses can get students to where they need to be. Highland will provide the relevant training to repair all local equipment including basic electric vehicle functions, Level 2 EV chargers to DC Fast Chargers, and communications equipment.
