B and B Maintenance is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Janitorial Supervisor to join our team in the Southeast Columbus, OH area.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, energetic, has the drive to make sure jobs are completed above and beyond expectations, and can work and communicate well with others. Someone who will do their absolute best to maintain a clean and safe workplace for our location and our team. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 6-8 hours per night, 5:30pm - 12am.

Responsibilities :

Supervise, Hire, & Train Employees
Travel between locations within the territory for:
Site Inspections
Restocking of cleaning supplies
Covering for absent cleaners
Performing project work

Follow all health and safety regulations, and complete all necessary trainings put out by the corporate office

Compensation & Hours:

B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries based on experience and skill set. The pay range for this position is $22/hour.
Full time employees are eligible for benefits which includes: medical/dental/vision/life insurance, Paid Sick Leave, & 6 paid holidays.
Equity Participation: This role is eligible to participate in the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), providing the opportunity to earn equity and share in the long-term growth and success of the business.
All supplies, equipment, and travel expenses are paid for/provided by the company.
