Event Associate, HQ Events & Experiences

As an Event Associate, HQ Events & Experiences , you will own the planning and execution of high-quality meetings, events, and experiences at Stand Together’s Ballston Exchange headquarters. You will partner closely with internal teams across the Stand Together community to understand their objectives, translate those goals into thoughtful event experiences, and coordinate the people, spaces, technology, hospitality, and other capabilities needed to bring each event to life.

From initial discovery through event execution and follow-up, you will serve as a trusted event partner—anticipating needs, navigating changing priorities, and helping internal business partners create experiences that foster connection, collaboration, and meaningful progress toward Stand Together’s vision. This approach reflects Stand Together’s emphasis on empowering people, creating value for others, and enabling bottom-up contributions toward a shared vision.
