Event-Manager (m/w/d) für die World of Living

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Als Event-Manager in der World of Living GmbH sind Sie verantwortlich für die aktive Vermarktung der Eventlocation „World of Living“ sowie für die professionelle Planung, Organisation und Durchführung unterschiedlichster Veranstaltungsformate. Ziel ist es, Events zu akquirieren und erfolgreich umzusetzen – von privaten Feiern bis hin zu großen Unternehmensevents.
  • Im Detail erwarten Sie insbesondere folgende Aufgaben:
  • Vertriebliche Aufgaben
  • Aktive Vermarktung der Eventflächen der World of Living
  • Neukundengewinnung für Veranstaltungen, sowohl von Privat- als auch von Geschäftskunden
  • Entwicklung individueller Eventkonzepte zur Kundengewinnung
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines belastbaren Kundennetzwerks
  • Betreuung von Anfragen inkl. Angebotserstellung und Vertragsabwicklung sowie Durchführung von Beratungsgesprächen und Location-Besichtigungen
  • Marktbeobachtung sowie Identifikation neuer Eventformate und Trends
  • Eventplanung und -Organisation
  • Ganzheitliche Vorbereitung, Planung, Umsetzung und Nachbereitung von Events
  • Organisation von Events wie Familienfeiern, Hochzeiten, Firmenevents, Tagungen & Konferenzen, Inhouse-Veranstaltungen und Großveranstaltungen
  • Koordination interner Schnittstellen und externer Dienstleister (Catering, Technik, Dekoration etc.)
  • Erstellung von Ablaufplänen, Timings und Budgetübersichten sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Veranstaltungsablaufs vor Ort
  • Qualitätskontrolle und Sicherstellung eines hochwertigen Gästeerlebnisses
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Eventmanagement, Veranstaltungsmanagement, Hotelfach oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Eventbereich wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Vertriebsaffinität und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Organisationstalent sowie strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Kreativität und Gespür für Trends im Eventbereich
  • Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft zur Betreuung von Wochenend- und Abendveranstaltungen
  • Sicheres, überzeugendes und freundliches Auftreten sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Belastbarkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Teamfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
