  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Ganzheitliche und aktivierende Pflege und Betreuung
  • gewissenhafte Führung der Pflegedokumentation
  • Unterstützung bei den Verrichtungen des täglichen Lebens.
  • Sicherung und Umsetzung der hauseigenen Pflegequalität und Prozesse
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Kontaktpflege mit Angehörigen und Betreuern
  • Behandlungspflege nach ärztlicher Verordnung

Bewerberprofil:

  • abgeschlossene 1 jährige Ausbildung APH oder KPH
  • Flexibilität und Motivation
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
