Job Description:

This position assists in the administration of internal and external course and shelf exams. The role is part time with variable days and hours.

Essential Functions

  • Proctor a variety of course exams, including but not limited to: Medical student Year 1 and Year 2 course exams, National Board of Medical Examiners Shelf Exams, Practice KAPLAN Board Exams
  • Assist student with IPad resets
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials, test logs, and other test documents
  • Must be vigilant - able to pay close attention to cheating or prevention of cheating; able to administer Assessment Department rules
  • Maintain a quiet atmosphere appropriate to testing
  • Prepare documentation of cheating or dishonesty to assist in student discipline process
  • Return testing materials to the appropriate instructors , agencies, or other colleges as required
  • Work with students who have need of special accommodations

​Qualifications

  • Skills typically acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Requires familiarity and comfort using Apple IPad and iOS software
