Der DRK-Kreisverband Kaiserslautern-Stadt e. V. bietet in seiner Sozialstation neben der ambulanten Kinderkrankenpflege auch die Pflege und hauswirtschaftliche Versorgung im Bereich der Alten- und Erwachsenenpflege an.

Ziel und Aufgabe unseres Pflegedienstes ist, die Pflege und hauswirtschaftliche Versorgung alter, kranker und/ oder pflegebedürftiger Menschen in ihrer häuslichen Umgebung sicherzustellen. Im Vordergrund steht die bedürfnisorientierte Betreuung unserer Kunden, die Grundpflege und hauswirtschaftliche Versorgung, sowie die Übernahme der Behandlungspflege und der psychiatrischen Betreuung.

Gemäß dem Motto „Hilfe, wo Ihr Zuhause ist“, orientiert sich unsere Arbeit an den Werten unseres Leitbildes und ist getragen von gegenseitigem Respekt. So sind wir bereits seit 1995 fester Bestandteil des Gesundheitswesens in Kaiserslautern.

Mehrere Pflegefachkräfte- (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in; Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger/in; Altenpfleger/in)(m/w/d) für die ambulante Pflege gesucht

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

  • Eigenständige Durchführung verordneter Leistungen gemäß ärztlicher Verordnung
  • z.B. Medikamentengabe, Wundverbände, Absaugen bzw. PEG Versorgungen.
  • Umsetzung der Qualitätsrichtlinien
  • Anpassung der Pflege an den individuellen Gesundheitszustand und die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden
