## Aufgabenbereich

Als examinierte Altenpflegerin sind Sie für die fachgerechte Betreuung, Pflege und Begleitung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner verantwortlich. Ziel ist es, deren Lebensqualität zu erhalten und zu fördern.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege nach ärztlicher Anordnung
  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses
  • Unterstützung der Bewohner bei der Körperpflege, Mobilisation sowie Nahrungsaufnahme
  • Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes und Einleitung entsprechender Maßnahmen
  • Verabreichung von Medikamenten nach ärztlicher Verordnung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten, Therapeutinnen und Therapeuten sowie Angehörigen
  • Fachgerechte Pflegedokumentation
  • Mitwirkung bei der Qualitätssicherung
  • Anleitung und Unterstützung von Pflegehilfskräften sowie Auszubildenden
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Altenpflegerin, Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit
