Der Dahrenhof ist eine Pflegeeinrichtung für 56 Bewohner im schönen Drage/Nordfriesland. Wir haben ein gut eingespieltes Team und versorgen Bewohner aller Pflegegrade.

Wir stellen ein:

Pflegefachkraft in Voll- oder Teilzeit

Ihr Aufgabenfeld:

-Tätigkeit überwiegend im Tagdienst

-Organisation der Schicht

-Kommunikation mit Ärzten, Therapeuten etc.

-Dokumentation über PC

-Risikomanagement

-Durchführung der Behandlungs- und Grundpflege
