  • in unserem ambulanten Pflegedienst, ab sofort, im Stundenumfang von jeweils 25-30 Std.:
  • Ziele der Stelle / Aufgaben:
  • Einsatz im Tourendienst
  • Fundierte praktische Kenntnisse und PKW-Führerschein Klasse B
  • Sicherstellung des Pflegeprozesses
  • Aufnahmegespräche neuer Klienten
  • Fachlich / sachlich kompetente Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter unterstützend zum Praxisanleiter
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erfüllung der anfallenden medizinischen, pflegerischen und dokumentarischen Tätigkeiten
  • Die Pflegequalität im Rahmen SGB V und SGB IX des Pflegedienstes ist gesichert
  • Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Teambesprechungen
  • Kontrolle der Einhaltung hygienischer Grundsätze, sowie der Arbeits- und Brandschutzverordnungen
  • Erforderliche Qualifikation:
  • 3-jähriges Kranken/Altenpflegeexamen

  • Wir vergüten in allen Positionen nach dem aktuellen DRK-Reformtarifvertrag (angelehnt an den TVÖD), Weihnachtsgeld und eine betriebliche Altersvorsorge werden gezahlt.
