Die Avita – Residenz am Stadtpark in Stadthagen erweitert ihr Team und sucht ab sofort eine engagierte examinierte Pflegefachkraft.

Unsere Einrichtung verfügt über 34 Einzel- und 12 Doppelzimmer und bietet eine freundliche, familiäre Atmosphäre – sowohl für unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner als auch für unsere Mitarbeitenden. Als examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) tragen Sie maßgeblich zur Lebensqualität unserer Bewohner bei, indem Sie sie in ihrer Alltagsbewältigung unterstützen und ihre Selbstständigkeit fördern.

Ihr Einsatz bei uns erfolgt als Dauernachtwache.

## Ihre Aufgaben

Kompetente Durchführung der Grund und Behandlungspflege
Unterstützung bei der Alltagsbewältigung unserer Bewohner
Umsetzung der Pflegedokumentation und planung
Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards in der Pflege
Unterstützung und Betreuung von Menschen in besonderen Lebenssituationen mit Ausfall oder Einschränkung der Selbstpflegekompetenz.
Mögliche Zusatzaufgaben je nach Fähigkeiten und Interessen, z.B. Praxisanleitung

## Ihre Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder examinierte/r Altenpfleger/ bzw. Pflegefachfrau /-mann (m/w/d)
Teamfähigkeit, Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit
Ehrlichkeit und freundliches Auftreten
Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
Besonderes Engagement für das Wohl unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit unseren Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern und deren Angehörigen
