  • Für unseren ambulanten Pflegedienst in Neuwied suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortliche Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege bei unseren Kund:innen zu Hause
  • Unterstützung bei der Alltagsgestaltung und Förderung der Selbstständigkeit
  • Durchführung ärztlich verordneter Maßnahmen (z. B. Medikamentengabe, Wundversorgung)
  • Fachgerechte Pflegedokumentation und Kommunikation im Team
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzt:innen und Therapeuten

Dein Profil

  • ✔️ Abgeschlossene, staatlich anerkannte Ausbildung als
  • Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in oder
  • Altenpfleger:in oder
  • Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann (generalistische Pflegeausbildung)
  • ✔️ Anerkanntes Pflege-Examen
  • ✔️ Führerschein Klasse B und sichere Fahrpraxis
  • ✔️ Einfühlungsvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
  • ✔️ Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
