Für unser Alten- und Pflegeheim St. Marzellus suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte und herzliche examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Dokumentieren und Erstellen von Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und Angehörigen
  • Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung individueller Pflegekonzepte

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
