  • Wohngemeinschaften mit max. 5 Patienten
  • Starkes Team: 2 Pflegekräfte für 5 Patienten (1:2,5)
  • Wertschätzendes Arbeitsklima mit festen Teams und klaren Abläufen

🌟 Deine Aufgaben:

  • Fachgerechte intensivpflegerische Versorgung und Betreuung deiner Patienten
  • Individuelle Pflege mit hoher Qualität und Verantwortung
  • Pflegedokumentation und Sicherstellung hoher Standards
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung eines professionellen Pflegealltags

✅ Das bringst du mit:

  • Examen in der Pflege (z. B. Pflegefachfrau/-mann, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, Altenpflege)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Intensivpflege (kein Muss – wir unterstützen dich bei der Einarbeitung)
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Einfühlungsvermögen und Teamgeist
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
