  • Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Alten-/ Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger\*in (m/w/d) ab dem nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in unserer Einrichtung am Lindenauer Hafen.

Zu Ihrem Tätigkeitsbereich gehört unter anderem:

  • ambulante Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Bezugspflege
  • Ermittlung des Pflegebedarfs der anvertrauten Klienten
  • Pflegedokumentation mit Hilfe einer mobilen Datenerfassung
  • Ansprechpartner für Pflegekunden, Angehörige, Ärzte und Fachdienste

  • Spritzen intramuskulär und subkutan
  • Rettungsmaßnahmen Erste Hilfe
  • Pflegedokumentation
  • hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Einsätzen und Wochenenddiensten
  • Spaß im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Grundverständnis im Umgang mit Computern
