  • Professionelle Grund- und Behandlungspflege in den unterschiedlichen Einsatzbereich.
  • Unterstützung der Patienten bei der Bewältigung des Alltags.
  • Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten und Therapeuten.
  • ###### Das bringst Du mit:
  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Gesundheits- und Pflegeassistenten \(m/w/d\), Altenpfleger, Pflegefachmann/frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Bei Ausländischen Abschlüssen ist ein Anerkennung aus Deutschland notwendig.
  • Deutsch B2 in Wort und Schrift
  • Berufserfahrung wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Empathie
  • Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft zu wechselnden Einsätzen
