eine Examinierte Pflegefachkraft in Teilzeit mit 12,0 bis 15,0 Wochenstunden, unbefristet

Ihre Aufgaben

▪ Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Pflege und Betreuung der Tagesgäste

▪ Verantwortung für die fachgerechte Führung, Einrichtung und Entwicklung der Pflegedokumentation

▪ Ganzheitliches Pflegeverständnis

▪ Einhalten unserer Qualitätsstandards

▪ Anwendung der geltenden Hygienevorgaben und Hygienepläne Ihr Profil

▪ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Altenpfleger\*in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger\*in mit staatlicher Anerkennung

▪ Hohe fachliche und soziale Kompetenz

▪ Erfahrungen mit dementiell erkrankten Menschen

▪ Selbständiges Arbeiten sowie Eigeninitiative

▪ Freundliche Umgangsformen und kommunikative Fähigkeiten

▪ Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
