Die Caritas-Sozialstation Ambulante Krankenpflege Donauwörth e.V. sucht ab sofort eine examinierte Pflegefach- oder Hilfskraft (m/w/d) in Teil- oder Vollzeit.

Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kundinnen/Kunden im häuslichen Bereich, deren Anleitung, Unterstützung und die Übernahme von Tätigkeiten im Bereich der körperbezogene Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Übernahme der behandlungspflegerischen Maßnahmen nach ärztlicher Anordnung
  • Selbstständige Durchführung der ambulanten Pflege und Dokumentation
  • Kommunikation mit Angehörigen, Ärzten/Ärztinnen, sonstigen Beteiligten am Pflegeprozess

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene einschlägige Berufsausbildung (ein- oder dreijährig)
  • Fahrerlaubnis
  • Interesse und aktive Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Pflegequalität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Kommunikationsmitteln
  • Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässige, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Identifikation mit den Werten einer katholischen Einrichtung
