Das St. Anna-Haus ist ein therapeutisches Wohnheim für psychisch kranke und behinderte Menschen im Stadtteil Rheinau-Casterfeld. Es stehen 33 Einzelzimmer-Apartments im Haupthaus und 25 Einzelzimmer in Dreier-Wohngemeinschaften in Außenwohngruppen zur Verfügung.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft oder vergleichbar, Fachweiterbildung Psychiatrie von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit psychisch erkrankten Menschen wünschenswert
  • Zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft für innovative Arbeitsformen und Flexibilität
  • Kommunikation und Teamfähigkeit

Ihr Beitrag zum gemeinsamen Ziel:

  • Planung und Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege der Bewonner:innen
  • Dokumentation des Pflegebedarfs und der Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung im Praxisanleiterteam
  • Mitwirken bei der Qualitätssicherung
  • Bereitschaft zu wechselnden Diensten
  • Identifikation mit den Werten der Caritas
