Ihr neuer Aufgabenbereich:
✓ Beratung der Patient:innen nach aktuellen pflegewissenschaftlichen Standards
✓ Grund- und behandlungspflegerische Leistungserbringung am Patienten
✓ Medikamentenmanagement
✓ Handschriftliche & computergestützte Dokumentation der Pflege und Leistung
✓ Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team und mit Angehörigen
Damit begeistern Sie uns:
✓ Erfolgreich abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege
✓ Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen
✓ Einsatzbereitschaft, Motivation und Teamgeist
✓ Zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
✓ Die Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Fort- und Weiterbildungen
✓ Gültiger Führerschein Klasse B
