Das Landhaus Isserodaer Hof in Isseroda (Thüringen) sucht eine

### examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)

Vollzeit / Teilzeit für den Tagdienst für unseren vollstationären Pflegebereich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • eigenverantwortliche Erhebung und Feststellung des individuellen Pflegebedarfs unserer Bewohner
  • Planung, Durchführung und Steuerung des Pflegeprozesses
  • fachgerechte Durchführung und Dokumentation pflegerischer Maßnahmen
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten und Therapeuten zur Sicherstellung einer ganzheitlichen Versorgung unter Einbindung der Bewohner und deren Angehörigen
  • verantwortungsvolle Beteiligung an der Überprüfung und Optimierung pflegerischer Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann, Altenpfleger, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger
  • wertschätzender Umgang mit älteren, pflegebedürftigen Menschen, ihren Angehörigen und dem Kollegenkreis
  • eine ganzheitlich wertorientierte, verantwortungsvolle und motivierte Grundeinstellung
