EXAMINIERTE PFLEGEFACHKRAFT (M/W/D)

  • in der Alten- und Gesundheitspflege
  • in Voll-/Teilzeit

IHR PROFIL:

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Altenpfleger (m/w/d), Gesundheits-und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), Kinderkrankenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachperson
  • Professionalität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Lust in einem innovativen Team die Zukunft mitzugestalten
  • Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit den weiteren Berufsgruppen unserer Einrichtung

IHRE AUFGABEN WÄREN INSBESONDERE:

  • Sie arbeiten nach den neusten pflegewissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen und wirken an der Weiterentwicklung unsere Standards mit
  • Sie sind eine verlässliche Ansprechperson für Angehörige, Ärzte und Ärztinnen sowie Besucher*innen, denen Sie kompetent und empathisch begegnen
  • Sie pflegen und begleiten unsere Bewohner*innen verantwortungsbewusst
  • Sie dokumentieren Ihre Arbeit regelmäßig im elektronischen Pflegedokumentationssystem
