  • IHRE AUFGABEN:
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege (SGB V und XI)
  • Fachgerechte, digitale Pflegedokumentation
  • Unterstützung unserer Patient:innen bei der Alltagsbewältigung und Förderung ihrer Selbstständigkeit
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung individueller Pflegeziele
  • Einhaltung pflegefachlicher und hygienischer Standards
  • IHR PROFIL:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft (Altenpflege, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege)
  • Freude an selbstständiger, ambulanter Pflegearbeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Empathie und Teamfähigkeit
