Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
Maßnahmenplanung, digitale Dokumentation
Sicherung und Weiterentwicklung: Pflegestandards, Qualitätsmanagement
Fachliche Anleitung und Einarbeitung unserer Pflegehilfskräfte und Azubis

Dein Profil

examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Pflegefachmann/ Pflegefachfrau, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin, Kinderkrankenpflegerin, Krankenschwester oder Altenpflegerin (m/w/d)
Empathie und Geduld, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen

Unsere vollstationäre Pflegeeinrichtung Seniorenresidenz Moseltal mit 137 Pflegeplätzen auf 4 Wohnbereichen befindet sich direkt an der Bushaltestelle Marienhof.
