Wir suchen dich zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der vollstationären Altenpflege. Die Position ist in Teilzeit (bis zu 35 Stunden pro Woche) zu besetzen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Umsetzung ärztlicher Verordnungen gemäß höchster Standards
  • Anleitung, Unterstützung und Motivation bei der Wiedererlangung sowie eigenständigen Ausführung alltäglicher Handlungen
  • Durchführung der Körperpflege und präventiver Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Essensausgabe und Unterstützung bei der Nahrungsaufnahme
  • Planung individueller Pflegemaßnahmen

Deine Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft mit staatlichem Examen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System

  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement
  • Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Eine positive Einstellung zur Betreuung pflegebedürftiger Personen
  • Empathie, Ruhe und Geduld im Umgang mit unseren Bewohnern

  • Monatliche Gesundheitsprämie in Höhe von 50,00 EUR
  • Teilzeitarbeit bis zu 35,0 Stunden pro Woche
