  • examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Pflege und Betreuung von Patient:innen nach neuesten pflegerischen Standards
  • Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse und enger Austausch mit dem ärztlichen Team
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von medizinischen Maßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität der Pflege und Förderung des Wohlbefindens der Patient:innen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in, Altenpfleger:in oder Pflegefachfrau/-mann
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
