Deine Aufgaben:

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung unserer Patienten
  • Durchführung allgemeiner sowie spezieller Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Förderung und Unterstützung bei den Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens
  • Planen und Dokumentieren der Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Ansprechpartner für Angehörige, Ärzte und Therapeuten
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Berufsgruppen und Fachbereichen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene dreijährige Ausbildung in der Pflege
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Aufgeschlossenheit
  • Hohe Motivation, dein Fachwissen in der Pflege einzubringen
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit sowie Integrität und Teamorientierung
  • Gute körperliche und psychische Konstitution
