Inmitten des schönen Münsterlandes liegt Hiddingsel, ein kleiner Ortsteil der Wildpferdestadt Dülmen – hier pflegen, versorgen und betreuen wir insgesamt 80 Bewohner mit unterschiedlichen pflegerischen Hilfebedarfen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen:

Pflegefachmann (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.  

Wir bieten Ihnen:

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung einer individuellen Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohner
  • Unterstützung der Bewohner in der Alltagsbewältigung
  • Durchführung der Behandlungspflege
  • Beratung und Anleitung von Bewohnern und deren Angehörigen
  • Mitwirkung bei der fachlichen Anleitung und Förderung der Pflegehilfskräften, Auszubildenden und Praktikanten

Ihr Profil:

  • Freundliche und wertschätzenden Haltung gegenüber pflegebedürftigen Menschen und deren Angehörigen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • abgeschlossene 3-jähige Ausbildung in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege
