  • Wir sind ein engagierter ambulanter Pflegedienst mit Herz in Bremen, der Menschen in ihrer häuslichen Umgebung ein würdevolles und selbst bestimmtes Leben ermöglicht. Zur Verstärkung unseres herzlichen Teams suchen wir eine examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) mit dreijähriger Ausbildung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung individueller Pflegeplanungen
  • Dokumentation nach den aktuellen Qualitätsstandards
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und Therapeuten
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung unseres Pflegeleitbilds

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Eine abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (Altenpflege, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege o. Ä.)
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und ein Herz für die ambulante Pflege
