Seit 2005 betreiben wir eine Seniorenwohngemeinschaft im Herzen von Bad Kreuznach. Seit Mai diesen Jahres kam eine zweite SWG dazu. Wir geben den Bewohnern ein zu Hause, in der sie liebevoll und mit Respekt versorgt und betreut werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der Pflege und Betreuung nach den gültigen Qualitätsmaßstäben
  • Planung und Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Pflegevisiten und Pflegeüberwachung nach §37 SGB XI
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten und Therapeuten
  • Kontaktpflege zu Behörden und Kooperationspartnern

Ihr Profil:

  • Empathie und Freude am Beruf
  • Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sozialkompetenz
