## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie begleiten Menschen mit gerontopsychiatrischen Erkrankungen fachkundig und zugewandt.
  • Sie schaffen Sicherheit, Struktur und Orientierung.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit Angehörigen und multiprofessionellen Teams zusammen.
  • Sie dokumentieren sicher und leiten Maßnahmen ab.
  • Sie bringen Geduld, Humor und Kreativität ein.

## Ihr Profil:

  • Examinierte Pflegefachkraft mit Weiterbildung Gerontopsychiatrie.
  • Ruhige, empathische und deeskalierende Kommunikation.
  • Sichere Fachkenntnisse und Beobachtungsgabe.
  • Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Belastbarkeit und Reflexionsfähigkeit.
